Radio Show 17/06/2014 – Brazilian Blend
As it was the first game in more than a decade that our national team played at the world cup we thought it would be fitting to select some of our favourite Brazilian records. Avoiding much of the clichés that exist about music from this beautiful country (cheap samba, second rate versions of Mas Que Nada and worse) but confirming our own left of centre preferences through a blend of Brazilian funk, jazz, tropicalismo and bossa nova. Enjoy.
You can listen to this show again, all week long.
